Maybe....

I met this soul a few lifetimes ago and met up with him again in this one. For the longest, I could not conceive the ultimate reasoning for our encounter. But today, I received his words and I believe that this may be the reason I've been waiting for:

"Somewhere we know that without silence, words lose their meaning
That without listening, speaking no longer heals
That without distance, closeness cannot cure

Thanks for being you A. Always be inspired because nothing is ever perfect, but your willingness for progress can be."

Maybe people do not have to be in your life forever. Maybe they are just there long enough to help you remember who you are so you can be inspired to remember why you are here.
